GENERAL RULES MONEY & LAW provides infobrokerage services, i.e. transmitting the information via telephone and Internet that corresponds to the request made by the customer on the Website. The Services offered by the Portal are aimed at facilitating the Customer to use the services of a professional, who is a freelance lawyer, solicitor or tax advisor. The Portal does not run a law firm and the services provided by the Portal are not legal services. Legal services are provided directly to the Customer by lawyers, solicitors and tax advisors. In order to use the services offered by the Portal, the Customer should send an enquiry using the contact form, e-mail or phone. In response to the enquiry, the Portal provides information on the proposed price of the service. This valuation is free of charge and takes place after the customer submits the enquiry to the Portal. The service is ordered only by an advance payment of the agreed price by the Customer. If the price is not suitable for the Customer – the Customer makes no payment and is not obliged to do anything. The Portal will start the performance of the ordered service immediately after the Customer pays the agreed price for the service to the Portal. The Portal reserves the right to perform the requested service in less than 14 days from the date of ordering the service and the Customer agrees to this. The Portal may use cookies, to which the Customer agrees. The Customer may at any time limit or disable the use of this type of files by the Portal. Within the meaning of the law, the services provided by the Portal are e-services. In case the Customer is not a consumer, in the event of damage, the Portal is only liable only for willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Portal. The Portal respects all the pro-consumer provisions arising from:

– Act of 18 July 2002 on e-services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422)

– Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)

– Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135)

– Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 380).


The Portal is run by Services OU, PO Box 515, 31/33 Swietokrzyska St, 00-950 Warsaw. The Portal may be used by a legal person, a natural person or organizational unit without legal personality. A natural person not having legal capacity or having limited legal capacity may use the Portal only through an appropriate representative. To use the Portal it is required to have: Internet access, an electronic device (e.g. a computer, phone, tablet) with a web browser, e-mail account, the software that enables to send and read files in .pdf, .doc, and .docx. The Customer is not allowed to provide illegal contents to the Portal. The Portal is a multi-blog platform which can be used to publish the blog articles. Publication of the blog article may be gratified. The Customer, who uses the services offered by the Portal declares that he/she is aware that the Polish legal system is characterized by the lack of a universally binding interpretation of the law. Using the services offered by the Portal is voluntary at every stage. The Services offered by the Portal shall be provided on diligent performance basis, not on an outcome basis. Complaints about the operation of the Portal shall be filed by the Customer via e-mail to the address: pytania(m) The Portal shall consider the complaint within 14 business days from the receipt of the complaint and shall send a response to the Customer containing a proposal for handling the complaint. The Customer who is a consumer in the light of the relevant provisions of law may withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of its conclusion, i.e. from the date on which the payment was made. To withdraw from the agreement it is required to submit an appropriate declaration to the address: pytania(m) If the Portal has already performed the service, the Customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal. These Terms apply from the moment of their announcement on the Portal. The use of the Portal by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the rules.
